Establishment and development
The Auditing - Tax Consultancy JSC. (ATC) was established on August 5th 2003 under The Enterprises Law of The Socialist Republic Vietnam.
In October 2006, under the provisions of law in the forms of independent audit enterprises, ATC transformed its business ownership into audit limited liability company (ATC Co., Ltd).
ATC’s operation complies with professional standards and is subject to management of The Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) as well as Ministry of Finance of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
